To help us manage appointments fairly and make best use of clinic time, a €50 deposit is required to secure all appointments at Dr Sylvia - The Skin GP. This deposit is deducted from the cost of your consultation or treatment on the day of your visit.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24–48 hours’ notice, where possible. This allows us to offer the appointment to another patient.

Deposits are non-refundable in the event of late cancellation or non-attendance. We appreciate that unexpected circumstances can arise and aim to apply this policy reasonably and with understanding.
