Clinical records are stored securely using accredited GP clinical software approved for use in Irish general practice. Access to patient information is restricted to authorised clinical staff involved in your care.

Where clinically appropriate, clinical or dermoscopic images may be taken to support assessment, monitoring, or treatment planning. The purpose of any image is discussed in advance, and explicit consent is obtained before images are taken or stored. Images are managed securely as part of the medical record and in line with recognised standards for clinical photography and tele-dermatology.

For children, consent from a parent or legal guardian is required before any images are taken.
